would love some videos including on how to handle objections before they come about. a lot of the people im calling are "getting these calls all the time" trying to figure out the best way to go about that.

Long way to go professionally too. "Cam" is not a good way of introducing yourself. Also, the whole beating around the bush about giving an offer is standoffish. Immediately pivot and ask what they want to get. "Online service for properties im interested in" is fishy. Just say you have specific criteria you look for and it appears this property fits that criteria. Property information is public

This soooo reminds me of my time I did a tour of duty as a recruiter when I was in the Navy. It was a 3 year tour. I remember getting certain lists (ASVAB scores from high school, contacting colleges to get lists of students who only attend for a year or 2 or did not graduate) those were the highest odds of probability to enlist ect. Then the cold calling. Hearing all the BS story's, and side bar conversations that sometimes would drag on to the most random side bars. Call after call hoping to set an appointment with someone who we could qualify tenitively over the the phone. Then sometimes they wouldn't show up, sometimes they did. Good video here... show what its like to pound pavement.
