World Cleanup Day: its raining in Tokyo

Japan is expecting up to 3000 volunteers on the World Cleanup Day. It's raining, but everyone is in good spirits waiting for the cleanup day. Although Japan is generally very clean when it comes to city streets, rivers and ocean need special attention and increase in awareness.
