A wonderful meditation with beautiful music. About the earth being a living breathing entity...many years ago I heard about that and although I didn't discard it, I couldn't understand it exactly either. Then, when we went on holiday to Spain, we were standing at the edge of a high viewing point and me having read that with luck you might be able to see the coast of Africa, I watched intensely and indeed thought I saw it and within myself I said "Africa!!!" and that's when the miracle happened, Africa a greeted me back by letting me hear her heartbeat! 2 Hugh beats, like from a giant, the rushing of the blood like a hugh wave of the ocean. The 3rd beat faded and then it was silent again. I still get emotional telling this story❤🥲❤🙏

America has the Eagle🦅. Wales has the Dragon🐉. England has the Mighty Lion🦁 as our Countrys Animal. I know were in Savana though lol. Katie this is a lovely short meditation, Thank you Love🌻🌟💫
