Bro what if like my body is too slow in progress i am 25 years old whenever i do exercise my bones and muscles got fatigue even if i do only 6 sets in a day and my stomach also got heavy when i eat alot but my diet is clean why is this? Can u help

this isnt perfect advice for all genetics. when im doing dips my triceps tend to take most of the tension off my pecs unless i burn them out first with isolated exercises

but to girls think you look good? I heard girls skip pictures in dating sites where man is showing his muscles. I see one man profile who writes comments in girl profiles that they do not write him back but I am skinny and even then get response from same girls which he said they do not respond.

I’ve seen people switching up their workout routines every week.

It’s really not that difficult… you choose the compound workouts, so like bench, chest press, or dips for chest.. pullups, deadlifts or rows for back… squats or leg press for legs. You just spam the same workouts every day and increase the weight or reps every week.

You’ll see results guaranteed.
