Ответитьthis isnt perfect advice for all genetics. when im doing dips my triceps tend to take most of the tension off my pecs unless i burn them out first with isolated exercises

I see one man profile who writes comments in girl profiles that they do not write him back but I am skinny and even then get response from same girls which he said they do not respond.

ОтветитьI’ve seen people switching up their workout routines every week.
It’s really not that difficult… you choose the compound workouts, so like bench, chest press, or dips for chest.. pullups, deadlifts or rows for back… squats or leg press for legs. You just spam the same workouts every day and increase the weight or reps every week.
You’ll see results guaranteed.
one thing i learned is that isolations are overrated asf. muscles are also built with compounds.
