Hello Shopify,
Do you have marketing material similar to this video geared towards consumers to use your service? I am a small business owner that currently offers ShopPay as a payment option, but I need help with getting my customers to use your service; particularly, the installment payment option. A short video like this, but for customers would be great. Like, if this video didn't say "boost sales" in the beginning. Thank you.

Shop pay installment are on hold what should i do know

Never use shoppay. i used it often and than they offered to pay installments through affrim. My product never showed up. I tried contacting shoppay and affrim. it is impossible to contact them. no contact phone number. after a week I contacted my credit card and stop payment. Now they are harassing me non stop. then they finally gave me a phone number to call and they said i had to continue to pay and it would take up to 90 days to resolve. I told them no since i already contacted my bank and stop payments. They harass me everyday. Any place I buy from now if it shows shoppay i will not buy. Beware of shoppay. Do not use shoppay.
