IT3DP | Day 5 - Introduction to AI Assisted Programming

Welcome to the Introduction to 3D Programming course!

In this two-week tutorial series, you will be introduced to Rhino3D for digital modeling, Grasshopper for parametric modeling, Python inside Rhino3D, Google Colab, OpenCV, and ComfyUI. The last videos of this series will cover design visualization including drawing and diagramming techniques in Rhino3D with the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as rendering for Keyshot.

In this fifteenth video of the series, I will again be reviewing Google Colab to run Python on Google's remote servers, this time covering AI-Assisted programming using both Google's Gemini and OpenAI's ChatGPT, both cutting edge LLM's. Which will be better at coding? Or maybe is it us humans? We will cover error troubleshooting, debugging, code generation, and how to collaborate with an AI.
