My arms and core were engaged, back straight. My feet weren't that far away from the wall.
Wild how tight my legs are.
I was really excited I could do the corner wall head turn staggered leg stance.

ОтветитьQuestion regarding the chair sit and standing.. which is the primary muscle or is it the knee that help you get up? When I layout on a lunge chair which is low to the ground I have a hard time getting up without the use of my arms to help push me up? Would like to know what exercises will help with that so I don’t have to use my arms to help me get up.

ОтветитьSpinal fusion L4 -L5 staff infection they opened me up again and scrubbed me out to clean out infection. I was 27 when back pain became a serious problem . I was very athletic and played many sports. Any ideas i can do to loosen back , hip flexor ? Qiestion ? What sports did you play cause you look very athletic.

ОтветитьGood program! I continue to struggle with sit to stands. I can easily do TRX squats at the gym, but struggle getting as low as a chair without the TRX or a balance pad on the chair seat. I do leg presses at the gym. What am I missing?
