Hey guys I found a solution.
Go on the site that you are downloading files from.
On the url box there should be to your left “Not secure” highlighted in white with a caution symbol click it
You will now be taken to Chrome settings>Privacy and Security HOWEVER this time you are directly changing the permissions for the specific site youre on
Scroll down to “Insecure Content” and put “Allow”
Try again and you should be able to download the file, hope this helps God bless 😊
