no I completely understand evrerytime I show my parents something I’m really proud of there like ok whatever (by the way they are both artists 😂) and then there is something I drew that I completely hate and Thera are live wow like I don’t even clear about what they fink of my art but it still bothers my every time. Also I love your videos they ar so good every time ❤❤❤

Your response to your viewers/comments are the videos you post and the art you share with us. And when I would have those moments and rant to my bestie (I'm a bleeding heart and used to take on way too much to my own detriment) two things he said that stuck with me were, ask myself if things people etc are a compliment to my life or if it/they complicate it. The other thing 😂 it's silly but always made me feel better somehow was: f*@# it and smile.. You're awesome, you're normal everyone goes through their own up's and downs you're not too much or not not enough of anything your perfectly imperfectly you it's okay, it's who you are and makes you you. It's a hard journey and the work you put into yourself will pay off. It's not selfish to take care of yourself. The better you are with you the better you are for other people. You can't fill others from an empty cup.

That was very raw and honest!! I'm intrigued with how much your musings remind me of my own passing thoughts about my 448 or so subs, and the sometimes meaningful interaction which passes between me and them when I post. You describe your channel like a canvas where you want to create your own fine art piece, not a commission to please others or the algorithm. I totally relate to that. I wonder if Taylor Swift sometimes thinks this kind of stuff about her thousands-deep stadium crowds, low-key wishing she could hang out one-on-one with each of them as they're singing along so passionately to her songs. I'm confident that you'll figure out a balance which works for you. Thanks for sharing so honestly with us.

I'm so happy my algorithm brought me here. this is exactly what i've been looking for. a chatty illustrator talking for more than an hour about how it is like being a freelance artist. I have recently began seriously pursuing a career in illustration myself. I've been wanting to do this my whole life but never had the courage to really give it my all. self doubt, fear of rejection and being judged has really kept me from trying and really putting myself (my art) out there. but hey, here i am. no reason to stop now, will give this my all until my last breath. looking forward to watching more of your videos. keep going, leechuts (: peace!

It's kind of wild to hear you share all this because I resonate with it so much. From time-blocking (and it ending up as guilt bombs instead of being helpful, haha) to the pressure of algorithms and overthinking—it's rough and draining. Sometimes it feels like, what's the point? But for me, remembering why I started helps—it’s all about making art! So, I’m right there with you, and I’m sure a lot of others are too. Also, your portfolio is spectacular - Love the beer illustrations as well. Very jealous of them! haha I worked in beer for awhile designing cans and rarely got to full on illustrate one.

I’m watching I just woke up from a dream and you were talking in it and as I woke up your on and now on again . In it you had blond hair and blue eyes lol. I watch you regularly but without me blathering your comments full 😊 I suck I will only be able to watch sometimes an not sometimes and maybe for a couple days straight on a binge when I don’t feel good and not again for a month. My days aren’t my own and when they are I’m trying to realize my art journey which will not ever probably be even put on social media let alone you tube. With that I feel like I want to say I do support you in my heart. And you matter to me. Because I’m like you a lot but I guess I’m 50 so does it mean your like me. I question so much but for myself though I guess. But you matter. You’re very smart. Your inktober made me so fucking proud of you. I didn’t stumble across you I’ve watched you since the pandemic here and there. Somehow I found you through Rhadia ( when she lived with her parents) I don’t ever have time to get caught all the way up but I try to still watch because I like your thought process I like feeling your lows or highs.
