How to fill CNO application?

hi mam,Ii applied for nnas on last week of april and already send documents, it started showing ready for review. can you tell me approximately how much time it'ss gonna take for the report.

Hi, I have added my Indian experience to Cno application. Now cno require 2 forms
1st Form - verification of nursing practice , which I understand is to be sent to my employer in India
2nd Form - Verification of registration, I do not know how to get it verified. Has someone done it? please, help me with this your help will be really appreciated.
Also, NNAS did verified my pnrc registration from back home , why CNO require it again ?
