I appreciate this video. Anime Boston is similar to the one in Chicago where you can’t have stickers, but those are my best sellers so I’ve been worried about ever selling there! I saw some artists who had images of their stickers and you could order them through their shop if you wanted to.

As a SoCal resident I am very surprised at the amount of different events there are here. Thank you for your hard work and all the insight you provided because it is beneficial. Hopefully, I can make it to one of these events next year and I will definitely stop by your shop to buy more stuff!

will you be doing 2024 version of reviewing artist alley displays? i wasnt lucky enough to go to many cons this year and only one artist alley (money issues) and I would love some opinion on the setup i have prepared for 2024 ;-;

When applying for conventions, do they walk you through getting a permit (or any other needed documentation) for conventions? Or is that something the vendors would have to do themselves? What other documentation would you recommend having on hand and prepared?

Also wat is the size of ur overhead banner when ur table is 6 feet long. Also any recommendations for where to get them made. thank you for sharing!! It’s tough as someone who is in the Midwest because we don’t have many big anime cons other than Youmacon (my best con) and Acen (still have to try it!). So it’s definitely a lot of traveling and risk! ❤ I did 10 events since June of this year and I can say I’m here with you on all the feelings that come with good and bad events! Regardless, it’s all experience and we are putting ourselves out there so overall worth it!! ❤❤ You’re amazing and such an inspiration!! Good luck!!!✨

Thank you for this. I usually vend at Designer Con (Art/Designer toys mostly). The show was originally in Pasadena ( which both artists and attendees loved!), but moved to Anaheim a few years ago. They just announced that they are once again moving. This time to the World Market Center in Las Vegas. The comment section on that announcement was not a happy one and it consisted of artists and long time attendees alike declaring the 2023 show in Anaheim would be their last.

I was on the fence about whether or not to give the 2024 show a shot, but was leaning towards a no, because 95% of the time I travel/vend alone. I don't really feel comfortable walking around that area by myself. So hearing that another con that was using that venue for the 1st time was a bust, firmly pushed me to the no side😅. So THANK YOU for that😊.

I'm so glad I found your channel! I only do about 2 cons a year, looking to do more eventually (I have a full time job so it's not always easy to get the time off). But your channel has a lot of good insight, and it inspires me to get my butt in gear a little 😂 I also vended at ACEN last year and the year before...fingers crossed we can both get in again this year! It's definitely one of my favorites. If you feel like looking into another con in July, Tekko in Pittsburgh PA is a staple of mine. I've been going every year for....gosh at least 6 or 7 years. My family lives nearby though so that cuts down on my cost, but it's still a con we always do very well at. The issue is that applications sell out fast (like within half an hour) and it is juried. But something to consider if you're open to it!

Anyway, again, love your channel. Hope to run into you at a con in the future!
