I've been online shopping for a house for over a year just to get a feel for what's available in my budget in your area. My findings are... for a specific price point you will get a smaller house on a smaller lot if it's new. I realize new is... new... but I don't have much faith in builder warrantees (or any other warrantees for that matter). Just my opinion.
