Informatics: Time Travel & Alternate Universes - Prof.Matthias Hauswirth

Travel through time is hard. Not only in the real world but also in the virtual world. Time travel can have its perks and research in this field is of the utmost importance . Prof. Hauswirth inaugural lecture will demonstrate that travelling through time and creating alternate universes can be useful to solve computing problems, especially the ones that become esponentially harder to solve as the software complexity increases.
