The RADIO advert for Waitrose this year uses Robbie Dupree's 1980 American smash hit single "Steal Away". An excellent choice of song but the sentiment might be somewhat mis-construed???.

better than the anti men garbage that jl poked out this yr i even put a comment and a reply to someone else, a women put a little cry baby and jl ebay highlighted i replied to her comment and she replied no body cares and that was also highlighted - i said jl will care when start loosing money when all the men stop spending there their partners will not be happy at all - i also said i am closing my account i have bucket loads over yrs 2k on a tv in a single purchase and got broke ive had cards and all sorts of other stuff

Well done Waitrose! Thank God one supermarket has a pleasant Christmas advert with a touch of humour and hasn't gone woke. We will definitely be shopping at Waitrose! 😊

It’s in the gingerbread house - he realises when the older woman says “in this house”
