Colby technically was not contradicting himself. Before he was talking about how a 3-4 week training camp is better for him than an 8-12 week training camp. After he is saying 2 weeks ago i was on the couch aka not training and even with two weeks with the busy schedule of a ufc main event your not even going to get true 2 weeks of training so he essentially said hey i like shorter camps but i wasn't even able to get one of those small camps in. Just my opinion.
