(1) trucks, buses, and tractors registered before 2023
(2) Cars, pickups, jeeps regd before 2020
(3) Quingchi regd at any time
(4) Rickshaw and motorcycles regd before 2023.
(5) Diesel vehicles , all categories and years

Later, move on to currently registered vehicles.
