Especially if you haven't cleared it with their legal department...who would not have cleared something this ill-planned in the first place.

One minor correction: Make a Wish is for kids with life-threatening illnesses, not terminal ones. A lot of parents refuse to accept help from Make a Wish because they think it means their kid is guaranteed to die
