It’s so difficult to describe Hannibal’s state of neglect… you have to see it for yourself. A young dog, he must have been living in hell. His anaemia is so severe that he was practically dead when he was rescued. I doubt he would have made it through the night. An emergency blood transfusion has enabled us to bring him to our hospital.
