How to create products customers love

Join Chin Wei from TOTVS Labs in a course that will teach you the best practices to build products that add real value to customers. The session will cover cutting-edge strategies used in Silicon Valley for validating products and delivering quicker and better results to customers.

The workshop will guide us through the evolution from the traditional waterfall process to Dual-track Agile and explain what makes good (and bad) products. We will take a dive deep into product roles and the importance of validation, while looking at concepts from Product Discovery, Lean UX, Agile, Customer Development and Design Thinking. There will be a live chat to ask questions and share ideas throughout the presentation, as well as time for Q&A at the end.

The session is designed for anyone interested in building products and assumes no previous coding knowledge.

Who will be teaching the workshop?
The workshop will be delivered by Chin Wei Wong, UX designer at TOTVS Labs in Silicon Valley. Chin Wei was involved in designing Fluig Identity and currently working on the big data platform, Fluig Data. Originally from Singapore, he is passionate about design, playing music and photography.
