Great result for Rodina considering she just came back to tennis after a year

I would be checking for Serena's next opponent, but one thing I've learned is that Serena can beat ANYONE on any day. But, her age, lack of mobility, and mental state determine the outcomes of her matches these days. She has the ability but I don't get my hopes up anymore. Love the Queen, but she's been very up and down last few years.

Tomljanovic's biggest problem is her LAZY FOOTWORK! If I were her coach, I'd make her work on hundreds of little steps per minute. She needs to watch and mimic Steffi Graf. You can't hit the ball if you can't get to it in time.

If she plays like this against Serena, she is going to cry too, like Kontaveit.

Job well done Ajla !! What a fantastic effort. Though I support Ajla ( Go Aussies !!) she got to bring a nerves of steel when she plays the GOAT next. She has every chance to proceed to the 4th round but who knows ? Lets do it girls.

The fact that country-club-serving Rodina can drag her to a three setter, well, Tomljanovic really have to dial in to win against Serena
She has the game, but the nerve and consistency will really play key factor
