ОтветитьI typically never do anything physical with my body when I'm sick bc I thought you should always just rot in bed haha. But today I wanted to try something different and thought, "hey let's do some yoga" but then I thought "wait who would do yoga when they're sick?" And low and behold, I knew Adriene would have a video! This was so refreshing and my body actually feels better, which is wild. Thanks so much for doing what you do - I can speak for all of us when I say this: We cherish you! <3

ОтветитьI am in my third trimester of pregnancy and got sick, so got a bit sad about not being able to practice some birth prep exercises that I switched to from doing yoga with Adriene every morning and that's when I though about Adriene and her awesome videos again. It's incredible how I always find exactly what I need in Adriene's wide 'portfolio' and this pregnancy-friendly video just proves it once again 🙏 Thank you Adriene for all you do, all the love and the wisdom you share and for simply being who you are! ❤

Your migraine practice already helped me a lot and I feel a lot better knowing that I'm taking care of my body and trusting it to heal itself on top of some traditional medicine. Namaste 💜

ОтветитьAhhhh!! Thank you!! I couldn’t even walk across the house without my lungs being on fire, and I was able to do this video. Just the tip from a very flexible but currently stiff person. If you can, don’t shy away from the discomfort really go back to the breath. It’s worth it.

ОтветитьThank you for this practice. I love the fact that yoga is beneficial every day, no matter how you feel. I find yoga really beneficial on those days when the body is struggling. I used to stop practising in times of sickness, but not now. It actually helps!
I love the mantras that people use.

Got quite sick and today was supposed to be a weightlifting day. I'm finding it difficult to get out of bed, but I did end up doing this sequence and I feel much better. I can always count on Adriene to do that 🥰
ОтветитьI've been having the WORST nasal drip all day and felt feverish earlier. I've spent most of the day in bed listening to a lot of episodes of my favorite podcast. I knew I needed a little moment before bed or else I would feel really icky going to sleep and waking up the next day. This was the perfect movement practice to stretch a bit and get ready for bed and to heal.

ОтветитьI've been trying to do a round of your 30 days yoga. I can't seem to make it a straight 30 days without getting sick or having terrible period pain but you always have a video for everything so I can keep doing yoga even when I feel crappy. Thank you! ❤
