I been in debt 5 times and out of debt 5 times. Lol now I'm back in debt. Lol the cycle of life. I maxed out my Roth I.R.A and I'm course to max out my Roth 401k this year. I had a emergency fund but I couldn't sleep at night knowing I'm loosing money so I put it in the stock market. Lol😂😂 🤷🏾♂️ I'm different. My kids can fight for my money at death. Lol I'm 48 and have 19 yrs till I retire 😂😂
ОтветитьAmazing list! I love this. I just turned 35 and am really starting to position myself into a happy, (early) retirement in the future!
Ответить🌲 👍
ОтветитьI did get a car payment in my late 30s, but it was a 0% interest rate and I am still able to max out my retirement and invest about $2,000 a month in addition to my retirement. Also, I have enough in savings to pay it off, but because of the 0% interest I'm not going to pay it off early and I'm happy with that. :)

ОтветитьExcellent you inspire people way to motivate! Easy steps for everyone ❤❤❤
ОтветитьAmazing tips, Mary!! We’re still working on the first four 😅 and always continuing to get better and better at number 5. We’ll get there though!
ОтветитьDo a things to achieve before 30 too. Please
ОтветитьThis is great advice!! I am 40 and have never maxed my 401k, not even half of the annual limit. But, I still contributed starting at 22 and my balance is over $500k. Next year, will be my first year where i am able to max it out ❤
ОтветитьThe train you're on, is a very good economic train. Don't underestimate yourself. ❤
ОтветитьPlease listen to her advice. I’m 47 trust me listen to her 😊
ОтветитьI’ve been thinking a lot about my financial goals before retirement. I’ve saved up a decent amount, but I’m not sure if my portfolio is where it needs to be
ОтветитьGreat tips! I'm debt free and have a good emergency fund. Trying to increase my investments and improve my health before I hit the big 40! You are right, health is wealth and we need to spend more time on our health as we get older.
