I did this three years ago and lost 85lbs in one year. I went on a Holiday two years ago and now I have almost gained all my weight back. I feel so disgusted with myself and now I find it harder to get back on track.

Ответитьa quick question for people who are doing this diet, do you sometimes get some pasta like when you are travelling and want to try typical holiday food, which is very often very carbo? or when you start a keto diet you have to stick to it with no exceptions for the rest of your lives?

ОтветитьThe thing is, it takes a special kind of person - a doctor who is able to teach their profession (let alone, to a vast amount of people with differing comprehension skills and understanding of the nutritional/medical field) is something special. (I have had lecturers who clearly know their work in university but the teaching factor just isn't there) I appreciate your videos Sir. I jumped into this head first and went from eating the way it was described in the beginning of the video straight to 28 plus hours fasting and strong keto diet I cut out sugars and carbohydrates completely and in 24 days come across significant changes and everything that's described to the point where it's blown my mind

ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you! I have a question. So if a man wants to gain a lot of muscle mass, does 3 intense strength workout a week, he needs a lot of protein for that. So can it be done on one meal a day? If so, how much protein in grams would he need to consume in that one meal? Or is 2 meals better? My ideal body weight is 175 lbs. Multiplied by 0.82% = 143.5 g of protein per day that I need to consume. That is already extremely hard to do in only 2 meals. I need help with that please. Thanks!

I couldn't seem to keep up with fasting and keto both.
I once even fast for 17 days straight and lost almost 10 kg but got it back in 1 week and I got so much heartburn and acidity. And even my joints started hurting after it. I am just 25 years old and 112 kg too much over weight.
.and i couldnt keep up keto but do omad . I am trying to conceive actively i wanna get rid of this fat. My belly fat wont even budge even when i lost 10 kg there was no change in body measuremnt.
I tried and failed multiple times now . Please advice.. i hate my body .
is the keto diet suitable for those with already low thyroid hormones?
