now and then i shed a tear or two at some of these ISBA shows but this one had me almost sobbing

This is literally like a real movie or a movie based on a true story

"I shouldn't be alive ",gee never seen an episode where people were unprepared...never!! "Let me leave my backpack here,wander off in the Grand canyon ","Let me go a little farther in the Amazon jungle","Lets go fly up this area off our course, in bear country". Also the Golden rule, helicopter, won't see you the first time,maybe hours later!! One Dad was annoying, that helicopter hovered 50 feet directly over,he's like "Why didn't they see us"!! He expected a what?? Friendly wave??

Why do the rescue helicopters ALWAYS miss them ???

I hate these recaps of stories, or summaries after about 8 minutes of a story, like we all have no memories of what has just happened, or we are to dim to understand what we have just seen in front of us, or maybe they think that we all have dementia. It is really programme making, or like padding to fill a gap in.
The less talented use padding in academia which lecturers see through instantly.

Have you seen the 2008 zombie movie Day of the Dead ( the one that had Nick Cannon lol). Remember that asshole scientist that lied about getting a cab to the hospital but had a car (zombies overran the hospital and they got locked in a room with a window to the parking lot and needed a car to make a quick escape)? Is the actor that plays Jim in this the same actor from that movie? Looks like him.

After watching many of the stories in this series, including one that included a friend of mine from college, what almost all of them have in common is that Search and Rescue fly over and can't see them. There needs to be some kind of waterproof, cold-proof, long battery life gear that you can put on your head (so your hands are free) that flashes brightly or flashes an SOS signal that can be seen from the air. The people in this series lived because one or more people made heroic efforts, but how many died when S&R looked for them and they could have been found?
