Meditation theme: chakra system - internal firework display

This mediation practice celebrates firework night and in addition to the chakra system being like our own internal firework display, for some reason I also equate the chakra system like a Rowntree's Fruit Pastel ice lolly 🤔 perhaps with different colours that are usually depicted in the chakra system but I like that the core colour runs all the way through (and that it taste like pineapple!) like the crown chakra when all of the lower chakras are in balance. I am yet to lick my own crown chakra but perhaps it also tastes like pineapple 🍍 or even better a pina colada 🍹 here's hoping! 🤭
