I couldn't wait to get one. Finally did and it just didn't do what I thought. Had 4 flexvolts and it only ran a TV for about an hour and a half. Used it for a heater and it lasted about 15 minutes. I own all DeWalt and was so excited, but I don't know maybe I got a bad one.

6 and 9 AH batteries are bettering- long run time for emergency using, high watts- large and heavy duty tools and appliances, 4 and 5 AH batteries- low watts for small tools and appliances

Would like this for Mineral exploration always need a generator alternative and only use dewalt. So win win.

... let me know when you are bring this one in Europe, if we are worthy for the good staff.

Here in Canada, this is almost $1500 set up I could do a lot more better for that price.

How about making longer professional videos?
You know, most of your custumers are professional workers. But they doesn't start to work with DeWalt. I discovered DeWalt by ACCIDENT, when I found on construction site impact driver DCF887N and was amazed buy his performance, before I found the owner.
I worked 5 years with shitty Makita and BOSCH! Hated their impact drivers, they are weak for my kind of job and overheats fast. Even HILTI is weak as hell.

Almost no one know about DeWalt, and your videos of 15-30sec are not informative enough. If you make good videos with demonstration of your tools -> you will have new customers and sales in no time. Because your tools are really good. I compared almost all all your tools with other brands.

at some point I may get this...just to clean up my garage...I got several chargers going on right now with multiple Dewalt tools....

I'll preface my review with pointing out that it is an "Overall Rating." The battery is excellent, but after spending THOUSANDS OF $$$ on DeWalt tools, batteries & accessories, the cheapskates got rid of the tel# to call & speak with someone! Up until a short while ago, you could call & speak with someone in Customer Service, Sales, Tech Support, etc. Now you can only send an email, requesting a representative to call you. Screw that (pun INTENDED), DeWalt!"



Shortly after submitting my review for approval, I received this email from DeWalt:



"Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"



I did not use any profanity, threats, etc., I merely spoke the truth & obviously, DeWalt aims to stifle the truth. I'm going to research the level of care/attention that Milwaukee provides to its customers & if it is better, I likely sell my $8,000+ DeWalt tools & jumping ship... SHAME ON YOU DeWalt!!!
