I would wager to bet that this company makes all the trailers in one place- they aren’t gonna make a separate factory for Virginia just to put some reflective tape on.

Also it’s INCREDIBLY arrogant to say you’re the only one who made a law, that is physically impossible. Every law includes dozens, if not hundreds, of lawmakers and cabinet members throughout the process. You might be the one who put the process in position, but you can’t say you did all of it.
