I really like the shared cadence and style of chicago comedians. Its so lighthearted and they dont seem to take themselves as serious as the other city tropes

The key to breaking the ice cream/eating habit is getting a good nights sleep at a reasonable time.

Sometimes I’m a night owl and stay up past midnight. That’s late when you’re in your mid 40s😅

But the problem with that is that your body wants more food at that point because it’s already burned the calories from dinner. If you get to bed before that happens, then 4th meal doesn’t happen.
