ОтветитьQuestion - I can barely get through the 1 round! I keep having to stop 2-3 times during the ab workouts due to the muscle ache. Will it eventually get easier? And should i do multiple rounds if i cant even finish one all the way through?

ОтветитьI don’t know how i was able to do this routine back during the pandemic.. i could even keep up with Chris back then! Continuously did it every morning for 4 months, there were obvious physical results.
Then I stopped.
I tried doing this again today, I’m back to square one. I just wish i didn’t stop!

I’m 5 ft 3 and I got lazy and jumped all the way back up to 180. I’m going back down now finally little by little but hope I don’t get dumb again 😂
