Buy Gap insurance ...the only way it makes sense (and it doesn’t)
ОтветитьI totally agree with this guy but even if you buy a brand new car and you crash it 5-6 months later a lot of places offer you Gap insurance of course it’s an extra 15-20 bucks a month on your payment but it’s worth to have it for a brand new vehicle I’ve had people go though the same scenario and it saved there asses 👍🏼
ОтветитьHonestly I think a thousand is a little extreme. You can buy a 10 year old awd Ford Fusion for like 7 or 8 thousand that’ll probably last a long time and can be driven all year round and be presentable.
ОтветитьGot a w211 e270 wagon. It's awesome, after 270000 km it still drives like a new car
ОтветитьYour Benz was in Dave Portnoys new pizza review today ..... the guy from barstool sports in Hackensack
Ответитьwhich mercedes is this bruh
ОтветитьDaily driving 01 tacoma with 320k till i can buy a Zo6 with cash.
ОтветитьI'm only 20 but I'm a simple man, and I love my simple cars. To hell with all this new shit, everything's got to be electronic. Don't get me wrong if I had the money and I wanted to treat myself I would. but I got a first car, Subaru legacy, 250,000 miles and it's still running now at 289 for 2200 bucks. Goin on a little over 2 years now. I trusted it more than most people and it always got me to work. It's definitely approaching it's end of time but I want to at least sell it before I get another car. I refuse to junk a car that still runs. It's got a bad power steering leak now and pumps going out. But it will go from point A to B, every time.
ОтветитьNo one who isn’t a dealer is getting a good running e class with that mileage for $1100
ОтветитьHe's not wrong about old cars being reliable I have a 1974 chevy c20 and it still runs and drives great
ОтветитьYou are the man!!!
ОтветитьI paid in the 180€ for my daily last October. Still going strong, consumes no oil whatsoever in comparison to the previous beater. Only downside is no A/C but for the days I'd really need one I have another nicer car and even that is cheaper than a new car with its depreciation
ОтветитьToday you don't impress anybody with a new car and why would you care what other people think about you if you don't care for these people and even if. They should care for you and not the car you drive. If they judge you by the car you drive, they're probably the wrong friends
Ответитьwhat kind of mercedes is?
ОтветитьCan u post the website Where can u buy $1000 car that anyone can buy and drive for at least a Year trouble free
ОтветитьI'm old enough to have seen the finance madness gain momentum. The banks have the masses where they want them.
Me? I've never leased or owed on a car. I advise others to do the same.
Bought a second vehicle for $1000 last month. A 2006 scion xb 5spd with 189k miles.
It's a little beat but it's already saving me tons of money in gas compared to my 2013 honda pilot EXL
Its easy to say to all of this when you have this garage...
Ответитьi daily drive a 2006 x5, its decent on fuel economy being a diesel and a heavy car but still pretty quick. best thing is having an off roader and comfortable commuter and parts are cheap 2nd hand
ОтветитьYou nailed it on this video! I daily drive a mint 1981 vw rabbit diesel that gets 45mpg. When I wanna drive something nice, I drive my 68 dodge charger, and I'm buying a '13 bmw M5 F10 on Monday. Awesome video thanks for sharing!👍👍
ОтветитьUpdate $1000 car now $4000 but still a bargain. I drive a $1800 suv as my daily.
Ответитьi couldnt get a reliable car for 1000, i ended up spending a few thousand more. but i didnt go out and max my bank account, i left a few hundred to have money in the bank. it feels so nice not owing money on a vehicle i spend a few hours a week in.
ОтветитьHaving $600 a month left over each month doesn't mean you can afford to take out a 6 or 7 year loan on a car with a $600 payment each month. Don't do it. Like the guy pointed out, you will have a larger amount left on the loan than the car is worth for several years. If anything goes wrong, you lose your job, you get a divorce, you crash the car, the car is stolen, you will end up owing more than the car is worth. Never spend more on a car than you can afford to burn. There are cool used cars at every price point. Pay cash for a car or at least keep your payment small enough that is isn't much money for you.
ОтветитьI daily drive a $1000 car too and I do it because I cant afford a better one
Ответить2000 Toyota
286,000 miles
Mozz Rowdy 😂 the CC 😅
ОтветитьI no longer lease or borrow money for cars now lost too much money I have a w211 Mercedes wagon it’s 20 years old own it and just goes & goes nearly 300,000km’s maintenance is relatively affordable don’t think I’ll part with it I like to spend money on better things rather then material gain or high interest loans been there done that
Ответить292,500 kms on a 2005 Ford Escape. Oil filter at the dealership $15.00 bucks most European filters cost way more
ОтветитьWorried about an unreliable car? Buy a 2nd beater car so if one is down you just use the second while you repair the first.
ОтветитьWhen you got 7 cars is ok the car a 1k car. Anything happens you got another 7 cars as backup.
ОтветитьBought a used Nissan Micra, so far I've ended up spending more on it than I initially paid. All parts are expensive, parts are available only through dealership network and it didn't work out. A new car and assurance of warranty can't be beaten.
Ответить1000$ cars are no more existing
Ответить$1000 cars don't even exist in my city anymore. Anything that works is minimum $2k, if it can pass safety and emissions your probably looking at a minimum of $3k.
ОтветитьHey Robert. Good advice on tips for saving on a car. Most people maximize their budget. And that's not the best thing to do.
ОтветитьMy buddies all laughed at me when i bought an Expedition for $1000 with 186k miles 7 yrs later im still driving it with 260k miles only thing ive ever done to it was an alternator and regular maintenance
ОтветитьReporting from 2023, that is now a $6000 car.
ОтветитьUnsubscribed after he said mercedes is reliable.
ОтветитьIs that an s class? What year?
ОтветитьI don't know ANYBODY who sells a Mercedes for $1000. Except the JUNKYARD. But thanks for Bragging.
ОтветитьI'm guessing a lot of people haven't heard of GAP insurance. It solves the problem of being underwater on your loan by covering that gap between what insurance will payout and how much you owe.
ОтветитьWatched this video today… bought a 3k Mercedes same exact car today! Let’s go!
ОтветитьMercedes are reliable?
ОтветитьGREAT VIDEO!!!! I AGREE WITH YOU 100% !!!!! THAT IS WHY I AM BUILDING MY EDSEL TO B E A DAILY DRIVER.
ОтветитьI drive a CLK amg 2000 and it still turn heads,
ОтветитьJust bought a 2009 Acura TSX for $3500, a family was moving out of state and decided to sell it last minute. I got it for a steal!
ОтветитьI believe his phrase for Mercedes is "endless money pit". LOL...
ОтветитьThat's a $5,000 car here all day long. How did you steal it for $1,100??
ОтветитьMy daily have always been old MB and Chevy, but cool looking cars. Don't care about dents and scratches, all I care about is cool rims, sound, and engines.
ОтветитьAgreed, haven't bought a new car in many years. I've thought about the yearly cost of payments VS occasional repairs, and it still is less than making payments on a new car. Also, you have to factor in the cost of insurance on a new car compared to a 5- or 6-year-old car, where you can carry liability only.
