A positive aspect of this 'pen' is that it was reviewed by one of better glass engravers (L.Pike) whose primary tools are micromotors (possibly also flex shaft). She mentioned that the pen could manage light lines, pointing to inadequate power under demand.
It was pleasing to see that she correctly stated that the pen was was more suitable for 'starters'.
Ms Pike is a most capably skilled in calligraphic work and equally skilled in superior use of handpieces in her work. Anyone wishing to venture into this will need good level of skills in safely using tools which work at 5--30K rpm.
