Wtf are those ragdoll deaths? Reminds me of town with no name deaths lol. Overall the gunfights are boring and stupid - the enemies just yell and stand there waiting to get shot.
Graphics are worse than anomaly.
No Russian language support at all, hope it will be added. Music is kinda crappy, where is Mooze and Alexey Omelchuk? Why the weapon/armor upgrade system is so poor? Even in Clear Sky it was much more interesting.
The mutants/anomalies/artifacts are interesting indeed. This is the part that was done right.
But the most important - it is not Stalker as we knew it. Stalker was always a game made by ex-USSR people. It was never Ukrainian. And definitely not british with "aye dan't faking care"-style voices.
Don't even get me started on the actual hardware and FPS issues, unless you got NASA 4090TI Ultra PC with UE5 XD.

WORST OPENING EVER! Completely dark with enemies shooting or attacking you & you dont know where they are. Bad quest design with scanner & anomalies attacking & killing you even though the game tells you to grab the scanner in the anomaly area. So stupid. And the enemies look like they're straight from PS2 lol. And the graphics look just like the OG & no real improvements other than higher resolution & some visual effects. So bad. Did they think like making the same buggy experience as the OG is the way to go or something? Lol.

I quit this game because of how hard it was i didn't even make it to the second mission because of the fast creature that kept killing me i gave up. Than i did rookie mode and hah it was still very hard

Game looks way worse than I expected. I say this as someone who has played every installment in the series, by the way. It looks like a game from 2008-2009. How on Earth is this a near-2025 release? And how is it running on Unreal 5 and still performing so terribly despite the mediocre visuals? Unbelievable.

I have the game available to me via Game Pass but I see no reason to download 152GB if this is what's in store.

Just completed it. Damn, dude. I did it for the love I have for the series, but this feels like a 2000 game wrapped up in modern graphics. And I don't mean that as a compliment. This is buggy, dude. I knew it since I played the leaked dev builds. I hoped they fixed it, but they didn't. That's really sad. Almost two years, and there are still some issues I noticed back then. Even basic functions from previous games, like walking with the PDA or covering, are totally messed up. And let's not even talk about the death screen.
