I regularly suffer from back pain. Would I benefit from doing these excises daily please, or do you do them only when you are suffering pain?
Ответить❤THANKS YOU❤
ОтветитьI can tell ima be shaking when doing these (gotta build that core). Can't wait to have this in a routine.
ОтветитьThis is great thank you
ОтветитьYES! My horrible chronic problem spot cracked massively! THANK YOU!
ОтветитьThat was great!
ОтветитьYou are my go to guru for just about everything that ails me! Thanks so much, Dr. Rowe!
ОтветитьDr. Rowe, first let me say... you have great flexibility. Thank you these routines. My son left his roller at my house and was wondering what to do with it... your video was perfect. I did the roller on my back and it was sooo good, i was surprised how my own weight served as enough pressure to create a gentle massage... could hear alot of popping, and I feel great!
ОтветитьI’m 25 and every step of this was painful and no release 😢😢😭😭💔💔💔
ОтветитьHay sir my name is Tahir. I am from Balochistan Pakistan.I got a lot of information from your video. I like your way of explaining. Even more easy ways. Keep telling us. Thank you.
ОтветитьAwesome, I feel good from my lower back pain now after following this lesson ❤
ОтветитьNew Sub, in my 60ʻs and teach Hula, my muscles have been sore for years. I was cleaning my house and came across my foam roller in the closet, and something told me to research foam stretches. I tried these stretches by your instructions and OMG!!!!! MAHALO DOC!!!! ALOHA, SA.
ОтветитьJesus thank you for making this video my left rib really needed ir 😭💖
ОтветитьIs the foam roller safe to use over thoracic radiculopathy caused by bone spur and DDD? It does feel good once the area will relax and seems to be helping as well as the strengthening videos.
Thank you
Thanks
Ответитьwill this ease lower back arthritis
ОтветитьMy foam roller is really hard and it hurts, are there softer ones?
ОтветитьThis actually helped a misplaced lower back muscle that I ended up hurting for the last week and a half from bench pressing and it feels so much better I can finally bend over into the car without feeling like a 2x4 is in my side 😂😂
ОтветитьIf he says self release one more time I’m gonna explode.
ОтветитьCan this be done with a longer foam roller? Or one with grooves?
ОтветитьI have sciatica and omgosh the lower back exercises completely relax the area that gives me pain
ОтветитьHelpful video. Seems like my SI joint or low back issue returned recently after I did deadlifts at the gym. I have just begun using foam rolling exercises to relieve my low back discomfort. How do I preclude this low back ache and tightness from happening again after deadlifts? Should I wear a weightlifting belt or just avoid deadlifts altogether?
ОтветитьThank you. This presentation was very helpful for me.
ОтветитьGotta say, love the shoes. Have them in basically everything but gray.
ОтветитьGreat instruction for the foam roller. Really worked well for me.
ОтветитьShould I avoid this ig I have lat pain?
ОтветитьIs it safe to use foam rollers if I have osteoporosis?
Ответить👏🏼
ОтветитьAwesome!
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьCould these be safely done with lower 3 lumber fusions with raye cages. Si/L1 L1-L2 L2-L3
Ответитьgreat no nonsense video, keep up the good work
ОтветитьWhat size roller was the one in the video?
ОтветитьExactly what my PT suggested 🙌🏻
ОтветитьIs it better to use those foam roller with studs or protuding type or plain one ?
ОтветитьI really find your video very helpful.
ОтветитьI’m just here for the perfect annunciation. 😃👍🏻
ОтветитьThis is the best video on how to use your foam roller. Thank you for sharing this! Exactly what I’ve been looking for.
Ответитьgreat foam roller.great videos💚💙
ОтветитьCan this actually help with my tailbone pain and is it any danger to make it worse? Thanks so much!
ОтветитьSomething else to note is that pressure is key. Really lean your weight into the foam roller to roll out knots and tension. It feels amazing and loosens my back up so much
ОтветитьAm i the only oerson who has a gard time straighting the spine ?
ОтветитьLove this! Target = a little hurty But did help so much!!
ОтветитьHe’s hot!
ОтветитьI like these moves. It would have been better to make it follow along ie, not skipping the second side. :-)
ОтветитьSeems you’re always talking about cracks and pops or paps as you call them, I’ve never heard of anybody getting these cracks and paps from these exercises.
ОтветитьThank you so much! 😊
Ответитьi have tried these exercises multiple times, but havent gotten a complete realese. Do you have any extra tips for those kind of situations? @DrRowe
