私はどちらともします。
例え、人の個人差が有ろうと人の優しさに外見なんて関係ありません。私はどんな人でも世界に受け入れられる世界で居て欲しいと願ってます。

日本とフィリピンのハーフ多いから、フィリピンのイメージは私は悪くないかなー。

フィリピン人はとても陽気でフレンドリーな優しい人々。スリやボッタくりはあるけれど、それ以上にフィリピン人の陽気で優しい人柄がとても居心地がいい

I'm gonna tell my honest opinion of what I personally feel are the most kind countries with my experience after interacting with all sort of people across global. These are India, Phillipians and Japan. Let's start with my country first, India. Most of the people use profanity in their everyday life but they are really nice and helpful towards foreigners and their local people whether they are white or black, rich or poor but it is a little less the way they treat their own country people. Phillipines in my opinion treat everyone equally, are the most friendly in the world but they slightly care about the looks of the people. Japanese are helpful, friendly towards local and foreigners but not all of them because most of the Japanese population are of older age and they have a second view of gaijins. Almost everyone hates you when you have a beard, a lot of places restrict gaijins and even half of the young population ignores developing coutries and favours developed countries a lot which kinda becomes awkward when happens when the person from a developing country is standing next to you as if you consider him inferior but I'm fine with the rest half which treats everyone equally and I believe time will come soon when there won't be a lot of restrictions for gaijins.
