You are just absolutely amazing at operating all of your equipment. I remember in 2020 when I bought my first John Deere tractor (I had never been on one), that your channel was one of the ones I turned to to teach me how and what to do. Today I'm somewhat efficient. Enjoy your videos!

if you have the ability to use a sauna tube and pour creet super easy why not do that. I guess its not a big deal i just think that would last 50 years or more vs 20 years of wood in dirt. I guess in 20 years ill be dead so who cares lol...

For a long lasting structure pour concrete in the holes and attach the wood posts above. Everyone knows that treated wood posts rot in the ground.

why not build your mini cabin on the roof of your new shed? Regards from Australia.

I think I got it for you, Mike. Replace the poles at one end of this shed with taller poles. Build your building like normal but build a new mini cabin over top of one end of your building. Then the building isn't a backdrop when you are shooting at your new game patch, you can park your atv or whatever inside while you hunt, and you can put your stairs inside and out of the weather. Maybe do something like a set of steps that go up 5 steps, hit a landing and then turn 90 and go up the rest into the cabin above. Then if you want to run power down there for lights in the barn, you can have lights in the cabin as well (maybe try a solar set up for that with panels on the shed roof?).

You have to do corner to corner measurements also otherwise you can have an out of square parallagram.

Those Bosch laser "tapes" are invaluable! It was one of the best tools I ever purchased for building. There's nothing more infuriating than trying to pull a long measurement with a metal tape and it just bends or twists on you. The laser "tape" makes a 2-person job into a 1-person. Love them. Building is all about having the right tools to be more efficient and get things done faster. That wood/implement shed is going to be great.

When you put things like that start all the fasteners first then tighten then . That way nothing is stressed .

We put some kolpin rhino grip flex utility tie downs on our kolpin bed rack. Cabelas has them pretty cheap.

Anybody know where you can buy a manual version of a post hole auger? I had a neighbor that had one - an antique - it made digging posts by hand so easy - those diggers that articulate like tweezers don’t work near as well

Mike: Thank you. I got the Bosch Blaze laser measure you suggested, and it is incredibly accurate and MUCH easier to use than the old windup tapes.
