Now, I'm retired but in all my years of public service, I will claim that more middle aged (or older) WOMEN than men are crazy. Just off hand I'd guess there's 2 crazy females for every crazy man. Having said that, it seems as if the number of young women is increasing now. As a woman this frightens me. I don't want to be in that statistic.
There was a reason asylums were built so large. Because now- they just walk the streets of every city or town harassing the citizens. Creating public dangers.
They should not be allowed to have autonomy. They cannot manage their lives outside of a controlled environment.
