Mining on the Moon does not make alot of sense if one consideres it to be artificial. From what I heard, it is an ancient so called "Bio-Sphere" of andromedan heritage, now circling our earth, building the dense, so called 3D-Earth-Moon-Matrix. (ancient meaning truely very, very, very old in our earth-human understanding of time, not thousands but rather millions, propably billions of years) This Bio-Sphere is a) serving as a hub/gateway/portal and b) it provides holographic overlays in regards to its surface (which makes it look like a moon) and also the space/stars we see, which - according to what I heard - is accurate, minus the goings on of all the interdimensional and extraterrestrial life and traffic that has been all around us for eons, making it almost impossible to be seen from Earths surface.
That's what I heard. And it is a vibrational/frequency thing if you can or can not see more than what we were told is up there. Because our Matrix (as stated: artificial in origin) is very dense/low vibe, as part of the project that is our beautiful Earth experience. Everyone forgets everything and no one can see shit. So the test is kind of like "Can we throw seeds into a dark room and will they still grow and blossom?" Seeds being consciousness and dark being dense/low vibe/seemingly cut off from creation.

Remote viewing is psychic and witchcraft, probably similar to astral projection. When Satan and a third of the angels fell from heaven, they were banished from the heavenly city (heaven itself). But they still have access to the third heaven and the atmosphere. The third heaven is the sky where the sun moon, stars, and planets are. And they have access to earth, limited access albeit.

I always wondered why they have not been back or just continued by putting a base on the moon. Makes you wonder. I don't know a lot about it but have heard that there are things that can be grown in space that can't be grown on earth. Like medical stuff. So why no base on the moon growing it???

Why an orbiting body only shows one side all of the time is called tidal lock. The theory being that over a long period of time (millions of years) the larger body exerts tidal influences on the satellite slowing it's rotation down until it stops. There are many examples of tidal locked satellites in our solar system including Mercury.
