Unvaccinated had in december covid, i believe it hit my vagus nerve. I understand that inflammation is still triggered based on cytotoxic immune respond based on Dr Geert Vanden Bossche. All blood analysis looks great waiting for the PT Scan results. Stay safe everyone by all measures. The virulence of this covid is strong.

Love the graveyard of vintage vehicles for your background. Very cool. Such a great wrap up of options to weigh. I am in my 60's and use the breathing hack in the middle of the night if I wake and can't get back to sleep. Non sleep deep rest is another thing to research if it interests you. I am a "heat" person meaning that I prefer warmth and heat to go to sleep. I gave up my electric blanket and heated mattress this winter. I muddled through. I have to go back and relook at your previous videos.

I just had a 2 week stint with the latest covid. Fever every night for nearly 2 weeks. The virus is gone but it attacked the joints in my knees, feet, ankles and even a little of my left elbow. Im 37, lean and very active but im in terrible leg and foot pain every day. Ibuprofren barely makes the pain lessen.

Have you looked into C15 yet Dr. Raszek? It is also a marker for longevity. I look forward to your thoughts on it.

Why is yt forcing a German AI voice on me? I want to hear your human, original voice in English.
This being forced upon me AI is disgusting.

Singers do box breathing as an exercise also. There are 4 phases in the breath cycle: Breath in, pause, breath out, pause. The length of each phase will get longer with each breath. 4 counts in, 4 counts pause, 6 counts out, 4 counts pause. And you lengthen the counts.

Sounds like abra cadabra on presentation of device where someone got paid. What is a real test and a real prove? -for sure not only 50 random people and what eu countries(the're many) legalized that device?

Vejon health has some videos on this topic, he suggests humming is another beneficial method to assist the vagus nerve, would be interested in your take on this?

Thank you! I've fallen off my interval training and other things, having had this virus again (2nd time), and it hit me real hard. I am thinking that in 2022/23, this was getting under control, but my temperature dysregulation (sp?) is the worrisome thing with summer coming. This has been super encouraging! Knowing what I need to do, even a bit each day with the fatigue, and just needing to that 'push' that can be difficult after weeks of inactivity. My body says thank you! You're vids are always teaching, and giving hope. xx from down east
PS. I do the breathing technique when I'm rowing and yoga stretching; just wanted to say - such an important part of your lecture, so it goes hand-in-hand with my dailies.

Thanks, Dr. Raszek! Most interesting. My favorite brother just told me he's been having bad heart palpitations and I wanted to see if I could find any non drug help for him. I found that there's a couple of interesting things.
First there's the " Valsalva maneuver" which often will interrupt an afib spell. (I believe it is a vagal stimulation technique involving the ears and neck,) and ...
Second, the ingestion of lecithin, (sunflower), is found to increase the acetylcholine supply to the vagus nerve. Upon release of the acetylcholine from the nerve, adrenaline is reduced, thereby slowing the heartbeat.
More food for all of our thoughts! I just love this site and am so happy to be able to participate.
Also enjoyed the cool scenery in the background.

gut and/or stomach inflammation heavily influence vagus nerve,

also any kind of neck issues, tension, etc

good posture, proper pelvic tilt, good gut health, and you'll be amazed at the difference

I tried Neurosym on the ear...not worth the money for me. I could not find a difference and kind of hurts my ears.
Thank you for explaining all the natural ways to optimize vagus nerve stimulation.

I got the Nurosym and have been using it for a few months 3-5x a wk. I notice that when I use it 5 - 10 mins into it I will start taking slower and deeper breaths like it triggers a relatxation response. I believe the positive effects are small and cumulative over longer period of time rather than a sudden dramatic difference.

As promised, the rna ring creating methods I found. Self splicing (backsplicing): non coding area of mrna cut out during a specific process of mrna, then the loose ends are put together.
or a DNA piece is used as complement and added ligase closes the rna to a ring. To write down every step would be too much and you probably know/understand them better than me anyway;)
The rings are promising to the researchers bc they think less material is needed( lower dose due to higher stability of rings compared to linear rna) which would benefit the patient. I understand that but I damn hope they are more careful this time before they expose humans to new methods/agents..
Thanks for the vagus nerve info! I always enjoy hearing more! The potential is huge imo.

Extending the exhale has been a game changer!!! I love it. I have done many kinds of yoga and meditations and hertz healing binaural beat alpha music stimulating the pineal gland with two separate sounds waves coming from each side into each ear but what I liked HATHA YOGA the most which was a yoga movement connected to breathing in and out as you move, so seven breaths in when lifting leg and then seven breaths out when placing leg slowly back down, then a rest before starting again, wow, it was amazing unity within
