Northrop Grumman Integrated Air Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) Flight Test

In a Dec. 12, 2019 flight test, we supported the U.S. Army partnered to execute the near-simultaneous engagement of two target cruise missiles using the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS). Soldiers used IBCS to detect and continuously track the surrogate threats using an array of Joint sensors, launch interceptor missiles and send in-flight updates to the targets.
