Looks pretty nice; not much work needed to make this one livable again...Rather strange placement of toilet in laundry room...I'd guess ca. 1955-65 vintage.

This house is pretty big considering and well taken care of for the age of this home. I really love that pink bathroom. mid-century is what they call that it's like '60s '70s style. It's kind of nice to have that sun porch. That's a neat looking fireplace. I like that. That fireplace was definitely hand done. The handle /door on the further garage is definitely '60s. That gentleman probably did make a good amount of money in that garage just to even have the car lift in there is fairly expensive for the time. That was definitely a really nice home. It's too bad it's probably going to be demolished.Thanks again for sharing.

That is not a storage cupboard it is a clothes shoot which makes the house built sometime in the sixties. They no longer put them in homes .

You will find the door to put the clothes in in the bathroom upstairs

That roof looks recently replaced. At least the Vicious Vandals and Rattle can Rembrandt's haven't got to it yet.

With exception of the flies, the house looks almost too clean. No matter how well a place is taken care of, you're bound to see a stain a rub mark, something. Maybe they had tried to sell the place? Cool video, thanks for sharing!

That is really one long, long driveway. Shock, house has power & so clean. Looks like new roof, surprise it's empty. It's Gorgeous..

I'd love to own a piece of property like this. It's just far enough away from the road, but close enough to be able to see if someone is coming to visit. The shop/building looked in great shape as well. Nice find . Thanks for sharing. I must of missed what you said was gonna happen to it. I hope it's a keeper. I don't think the place is abandoned, just vacant for now. I explored one like it near me. Well-kept and someone moved in a few years later. Also, you were not alone in the house! Maybe it's haunted! There were definitely footsteps besides yours!

What a beauty. That’s move in ready-just a good clean up and it’s ready. That pink bathroom! I’m not a fan of pink but that one is so cool. And wondering how the toilet fills but there’s no water? You’d think if the water is shut off nothing would have access. What a location. That is so peaceful.

I think those "crosses" were to attach clothes lines to, there would have been/maybe still are, a set of "crosses" that match them closer to the house.
