My rx2 20700 battery door falls off and won't stay on. Vape shop said wismec has to handle warranty. I have been trying to contact wismec for over a week mod is less than 2 weeks old. The chipset on it is great but the design is garbage and this will be my last mod I get from wismec if they won't actually come through on customer service

i just bought the green 20700 and am using the 18650 adapter on it and the battery sled refuses to stay in place i press the fire button the sled slides out of place i press the watt up or down the sled unlocks is there anyone out there who is having this issue or knows a fix

Hey rip one good idea for wismec should make for device is the battery treyif they came out with different colors for the battery trey I think that would be a great idea for wismec

Bought the RX Gen3 on your recommendation through your review on it and agreed with so many points on your video that I asked (and received) this mod for Christmas too. I run SMOK's TFV12 Cloud Beast King on top of my Gen3 mostly, but have recently (in the past month) gotten into RDA/RDTA's and wanted a separate mod for those and thought a dual 20700 mod was perfect. Originally wanting this, I did take a look into the Captain PD270, but felt this mod was the much better option, even without cells included. I agree they should be included as 20700's aren't easy to find.. But I also believe because of their price point, ability to use 18650's and coming with the adapter sleeves, it's very fair of them to not include them. It's okay that they didn't as I was able to order from different sources during sales times, and got the mod box with two 20700's for just under $60 Canadian :)

Just got this mod yesterday running it with 18650’s cuz the shop I got it from didn’t have any 20700’s and it’s doing amazing for me so far really enjoying it upgraded from the smok baby alien and don’t plan on going back

SOLUTION FOR THE RATTLE.
Take the baterry holder out and with no baterys try to bend it so it has a tighter fit (Dont go mad) LIKE SO PEOPLE CAN SEE

Nice vid. I bought one of these to replace my alien that broke. I like it as well. Hell I usually don't vape over 40 watt I use the SMOK 0.16 or 17 coil. Says 0.15 on box but when I put it in its 16 or 17. Maybe I need read more on the settings so I dont burn coils up so quick.

I got the black one, and inside the battery tray is clean and painted not like the one you showed, just wanted to throw it out there

Could you please tell me how to do a resistance lock on this device because when I go to power mode and try I'm not able to get to that icon. Please please please please please please help.

Mine came with 21700 batteries.
Also, my battery sled is clean and smooth. So not all come with a dirty looking sled.

I love my rx 2 20700. My problems with it is the sled is low quality thin material that bent the first time i dropped it and now it rattles very often. It picks up hand dirt like no body’s business which sucks due to the environment i work in. And its bulky. Ergonomically comfortable but its too wide for it to really sell for me. Overall still a great mod and definitely worth it for those who are wanting the temp control option.

I recently bought this mod and topped it with a vaporesso cascade. Only complaint is the tank metal gets way to hot if you take a few quick hits. Is that normal?

I’ll never buy a wismec again! I got zero response from them after repeated attempts to deal with the Reuleaux RX GEN3 battery door failure. Not one reply to emails or phone calls! It lasted less than 90 days.
