I came up in retail, and starting from my very first day folding shirts to perfection I was fascinated by what made these brands successful. The more I worked and made retail my career, the more I understood that it didn’t matter how deep your pockets were, how sophisticated your marketing, or even the quality of your products—the most successful companies I saw had one unique advantage, a culture of high-performing team/leadership dynamics.

In order for that to happen today, it always comes down to the success of teams to innovate, collaborate, pivot, and problem-solve —without much friction.
