I worked there and somebody broke the pricegun the day before I asked if there’s another as soon as I seen it the manager started screaming at me and said write them out by hand. I laughed left never came back. I looked it up a pricing gun costs 15 dollars.

been full time at aldi for since last october, at this point ive come to terms with the realities of this job..... its really hard and boring work, that sometimes keeps its intensity all day. A handful of times in the past few months ive felt like not showing up, but its deadass my best option currently, and most likely will be the place i spend the next 5 years or so working in order to pay off a car note, and save up a nest egg for community college. to be honest even on the best of days its just unengaging and tough work, and on the worse its just fast paced relentless torture. oh well at least they pay a slight premium, and i feel kinda secure in my hours/job as long as i meet expectations, and through my work experience i can always, and i mean ALWAYS switch to the distribution side of grocery for a pay increase. real life is kinda boring, tedious and drawn out but at least i can make a living after putting up with this shit for a few more years maybe.
