The Kinzal is not a hypersonic weapon. It is an air launched ballistic missile nothing more. Patriot and other air defense systems in Ukraine shoot them down all the time. And the Minuteman 3 ICBM is just as deadly today as the day it was built. It carry’s 3 independently targetable warheads of 475 kt apiece with a CEP for 100 meters at over 8600 miles. It could do that then and it can do it today. The Trident SLBM is even more destructive. One of them launched from a submarine has a range of 7000 miles and they come in 2 varieties. 1 has 7 of the 375 kt warheads and the other variety has up to 14 of the 90 kt warheads all independently targetable of course. And the United States has 1 true Hypersomic weapon that just entered service. The LRHW or long range hypersonic weapon is being distributed to Army field artillery units as we speak. Germany will get some so will Guam and Japan and maybe South Korea and probably Poland. It is a rocket with a hypersonic boost glide vehicle on top and can reach speeds of Mach 10-12 and has a range of 1700 miles. It’s probably more because the true range is classified but that’s the listed range. Boeing has an air launched Hypersonic cruise missile that was just approved and the Navy and Airforce will start taking delivery’s of it this summer or in the fall. The LRHW is also being built in a submarine launches variety. The US already has taken delivers of the successor to the ATaCMs the Precision Sfrike Missile with a range of up to 600 miles. They have also carried out tests of one of these weapons fired at a ship at sea that was moving so it works well. The US has a brand new intermediate range ballistic missile coming out this year with a 3500 mile range. And by 2029 the new Sentinal ICBM will be ready and will go into service in 2030 and it has a listed range of 9400 miles and carry’s 6 warheads but not as big as the minuteman because these missiles are more accurate with a CEP of 100 feet or 30 meters. They won’t have the 475 kt warhead they will have the 350 kt warheads. Bevaue with increased accuracy you don’t need a high yield weapon. The US also has a new low observable long range cruise missile coming out next year. They are to replace the current LRCM’s which are the nuclear tipped ones. The Air Force has ordered 1000 of these bad boys and on these you can select the yield you want. It can be set to 0.3 kt, 5 kt, 50 kt, or 150 kt. These missiles are extent hard to shoot down. They fly very low and are stealth missiles basically. They will have the same range as the outgoing ones which is 1500 miles. These will be carried by the B-52, B1, and B-21 Raiders. 1 B-52 can carry 20 or 22 of them. That’s a lot of fucking firepower. You would have had to lost your mind to fuck with us.
