Where is the insulation for the roof and walls? looks like a cardboard house to me. no wonder the houses is the us fly off at any strong wind. Bearing in mind how it was, great job
ОтветитьSuperb work. I have known crafts people my whole life. The skills they have are essential and excellent!
ОтветитьWas it worth it?
ОтветитьThey basically stripped it down to the studs, which was pretty much necessary due to all of the junk/neglect. Looks like they didn’t replace the batt insulation for some reason.
Ответить5000$ ?? Noway
ОтветитьGood on them for rescuing an abandoned home, but, contrary to the video’s title, there is nothing high-end about that place. Warm, safe and dry are a dramatic improvement but still…
Ответить바닥 색깔 보고 깜짝 놀랐네.. 와우 촌스러..
Ответитьyou can make a 100k bungalow look like a designer house or you can make a 7 million dollar home look like an abandoned crackhouse. home is what you make of it.
ОтветитьI wish I can move as fast as they were when doing house cleaning.
ОтветитьIf you get glass block like that , get some kind of active ventilation system. My basement used to get really humid and musty in the summer and those small windows are pretty close to useless for air circulation
ОтветитьWow! Builders should add these videos when they go to sell a house so buyers know all the effort that was put forth.
ОтветитьSorry to burst the bubble, but time lapse of a job with AI narration is very cost effective. utilizing all of the skills of the various vendors and suppliers to attain a pleasant and soothing resolution to what was a rather unseemly task. Blah blah fucking blah...
Ответитьwhy do americans make these cardboard houses. Most places this whole renovation will be like throwing out garbage and painting the rooms.
ОтветитьWhat a great job, and I loved watching this video!!!
ОтветитьAbsolutely beautiful
ОтветитьThe people that left it like that and lived like that , got some serious issues !
ОтветитьAbsolutely gorgeous!! ❤
ОтветитьThe work ethic and sweat equity of that crew to bring that house back to life, is impressive. However, I would say calling it a "high end" house, is a bit of a stretch (with all due respect).
ОтветитьВ таких случаях легче построить новый😢❤
ОтветитьThat's not a "high-end" home! The renovations look pretty unimpressive.
Ответить"high end home"....no waterproofing in the bathroom, laminate flooring, garage-grade prefab cabinets, etc...etc...
ОтветитьA lot of work
Ответить제발 창문 좀 열고 청소해라 좀!
ОтветитьGreat job, the sad truth is every neighborhood has it class of people who live worse than dogs and have lost respect for themselves and think nothing of it.
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьFor some unknown reason in every community there are some people lose their sense of self respect and let their homes go to trash. What a sad life. The whole community thanks you and your team for bringing these shipwrecks back to life. Kudos!
ОтветитьWhen I see abandoned properties like this with remnants of clothing, personal belongings (etc), I always wonder what happened for it to end up this way.
ОтветитьI notice in all the videos the word 'meticulous' always comes up in the captions. After that, I'm on board!!!
ОтветитьThis is fantastic, and shows what can be achieved when like minded skilled professionals combine their skills 👏👏👏👏
ОтветитьWould be great if a family actually got to buy it. Most likely turned into a high priced rental. Home ownership in the future will be nil.😕
ОтветитьБоже, да там весь район гадюшник.. Кто там купит этот новый ремонт?? Как там можно жить в такой нищите?
ОтветитьYou guys are amazing!
ОтветитьHow can you ever recuperate your investment? Is the neighborhood really worth this kind of rehab? The work is gorgeous. I don't know how you're going to get any of your money back. Good luck! The neighbor should be thrilled with you. You just increased their value of their property
ОтветитьWow!
ОтветитьNot at all impressed!!! Terrible architectural ingenuity or aesthetic style. It just looks like generic flipper that now youll sell for $500k and bag a lot of profit for substandard job. Do better!
ОтветитьГидроизоляцию в ванной не сделали. А у нас говорят обязательно нужна.
ОтветитьWhere are such constructions located ?
Ответитьtore up wood flooring so you could install wood flooring instead. talk about wasteful and stupid. just sand and stain and seal the existing wood flooring einstein
Ответитьdo you all realize drywall is paper encased plaster? So why tear out plaster walls laid over wood slats just to screw down drywall which is the same exact thing? Complete waste of time and money. You could have just skim coated all the walls with mud and slapped paint on and it would 100% give same results for fraction of money.. so dumb. And other examples abound like this. you can modernize without tearing out anything much.
ОтветитьGreat job 👏
ОтветитьWhy wasn’t the old insulation replaced? It was old and dirty looking.
ОтветитьChicago? Indy? Milwaukee? Great job!
ОтветитьDid not water proof the bathroom shower. Bush league video. Just looking to make a quick buck.$$$$$$$$
Ответитьhigh-end? not even close...
ОтветитьYou guys are amazing my hat off for u.
ОтветитьI'm not from US, so no idea how much it cost to renovate such a house, but is it cheaper to knock down the entire structure and rebuild your dream home instead? It's not concrete right? It's all wood, so is it cheaper? Remove the wooden structure and build it around the concrete structure. Just a thought 😊
It looks nice in the end. Can it withstand a full zombie attack?
I love these container-like houses, as if in China they have these funky room modules that you can buy off the shelf, like Ikea, I don't know what they're called, maybe "insta-nest" or "Pop up Palaces"? Then I heard that in New York City, they decided to throw down $3 billion to build their own modular dream land. I mean, who needs to save when you can own a house that's almost made of gold-plated Legos?
ОтветитьTuyệt đẹp ❤❤❤
ОтветитьWawwwwwwww
ОтветитьFast workers😅😅😅
