ОтветитьExactly exactly enough sauce you know not that I have money to go the great restaurants how much nowadays but I meant to say that much nowadays but I know good food and I used to go to great restaurants anyway the point is about the sauce it's really important to have enough sauce you know I love the way this guy makes his food with enough sauce that you can actually it's all about the sauce I mean it's about the ingredients of course but the sauce really really makes it and I just think every time I see his videos it's like yeah he actually puts enough sauce to where people can really enjoy the meal and enjoy the food

Where is this restaurant located at ? It shows Vivaladi many places on google maps.
Oddly, I think the plate would look fancier without that veg on the side… remove that and garnish with something green or bright red/orange and it would look like a $50 plate. However! I actually love that that’s how it’s served, it’s an obvious nod to value and the quality of the veg is always high.

ОтветитьTbh, you could plate the rice better. Put the veal on top with the mushrooms and let the sauce soak into the rice so more flavors mix. Just my thoughts.
