Terminating your employment from a toxic workplace without a job lined up ain't so bad if you've saved enough for how long you plan to rest until you get back to helping the world for money/stuff. A toxic workplace ain't worth your health, period. Either get help to stop toxic workplace practices immediately or leave asap, providing appropriate notice if applicable and possible. You can always do back to school and get paid by Centrelink Austudy.

IMO a toxic workplace is comparable a battlefield/warzone where your health and safety is at risk, soldier up and retreat, strategize, and defend yourself.
