What I meal prepped for my toddler while being in clinic recovering from my scheduled C-section

As a mom I am constantly concerned about my kids' nutrition.

So when I was preparing for my upcoming C-section, I ensured that my toddler is well taken care of by his dad and grandparents.

So I did some basic meal prep to help them out while I was recovering in the clinic.

Here's what I've prepped for him:

1. Breakfast: Boiled eggs which tend to be served with avocado and a side of banana.
2. Midday Snack: Homemade chia jam to enjoy with yogurt.
3. Evening Snack: Two varieties of smoothies:
- Kefir, spinach, mango, and banana blend.
- Kefir, mango, and orange blend.
4. Main Meal: Chicken thigh cooked with carrots and zucchini, served alongside beet couscous.

With these meals ready to go, I feel more at ease knowing that my little one will have nutritious options throughout the day while I focus on the new baby and my recovery. 🥑🍌
