Budget, what's that as for me it has been buy what I can when I can with what I have in funds, never to out loans and only bought for cheapest price new and now some used (mostly used gpu's or old cpu's for gpu rigs) for me it's been slowly building up about one gpu or cpu rig per month. Main issue having now due to all the rigs is airflow plus ran out of sockets for power, So need to find another place for another gpu rig as I don't do asic's as enjoy the building and manging of my rigs both cpu and gpu.
