I love what TFS did with Cell. As a kid he disturbed and frightened me. Mostly because Piccolo was frightened. He was my gauge of the threat level. When he met Cell, the second time, his astonishment and comprehension of how many people were killed to power up Cell always gives me goosebumps. Frieza was scary because of his power, he was not the one getting his hands dirty. Cell drank people to get stronger.
